- Morning milk is set, cultured, and churned the same day. No blending oils, no shortcuts — cream, time, and a wooden churn. Elmar makhan is pale, faintly tangy, and melts as it should on a tawa.
- Ingredients
- Cultured farm cream. Unsalted.
- Nutrition
- A tablespoon is about 100 kcal. Rich in milk fat and natural cultures from the churn.
- Storage
- Keep refrigerated at 2–4°C. Use within 10 days of opening.
- Origin & authenticity
- Elmar farm, Punjab. Churned before noon. White butter, not table margarine. Cultured, not sweet-cream industrial butter.
