Elmar is a small dairy and poultry farm making the things a Pakistani kitchen actually reaches for: desi ghee, makhan, eggs, and chicken — packed without the supermarket gloss.

We clarify ghee slowly, churn makhan from cultured cream, collect eggs at dawn, and raise desi birds on mixed grain. Nothing here is engineered for a warehouse aisle. It is food that still remembers the courtyard.

Orders leave in the morning. You can pay when they arrive, or by card if you prefer. Either way, the jar should smell like the farm when you open it.
